In 1994, Donald Desrosiers joined Aéroports de Montréal, at the Montreal-Mirabel facility, as a first level manager, responsible for the operation management of the Central heating Plant, as well as plumbing, structure, mechanics, H.V.A.C. and refrigeration maintenance.
In 2006, he was appointed Director, Facilities Maintenance for both sites. His management responsibilities include physical and human resources as well as infrastructure assets and the ongoing facilities and equipments maintenance program. He must also ensure the quality of the maintenance services carried out by our partners.
In his current position as Main Director, life cycle and infrastructure, Mr. Desrosiers manages both airport sites (YUL and YMX) comprised of the engineering team, project management team as well as the airfield and facility maintenance team.
Donald is joined by Myrrah Dubé.
Myrrha Dubé joined the ADM Aéroports de Montréal team in February 2010 and was appointed Vice President, Human Capital, in March 2022. She leads the team that specializes in establishing various human resources strategies and actions, promoting the importance of employees and the recognition of their essential contribution to the organization’s success. She organizes the activities of her vice-presidency accordingly, in order to benefit from the collective strength of ADM’s human capital.
During her career at ADM, Ms. Dubé has contributed to the implementation of major human resources projects, including the introduction of new compensation structures, the renewal of several collective agreements, the transformation of the OH&S culture, and the establishment of a corporate health and wellness program.
